Remove SallePlus from Chrome/ IE/ Firefox Easily

"Hi, I am a regular chrome user. Two extensions SallePlus and PriceMinus keep automatically reinstalling no matter how many times I uninstall them and pop ads start appearing on every webpage. I have even tried uninstalling chrome a couple of times. Ads don't even get blocked by Adblock unless you manually do it. Please address this issue. Thank you."
