"I cant get on the internet.  A safety alert comes on the screen informing me that Windows has detected some suspicious activity from my IP address.  Some spyware may have caused a security breach at your network location.  It then gives me a telephone number (+1-888342-6030) to call for technical assistance.
When I click OK another screen comes up telling me to contact a Microsoft certified technician at the same phone number or visit Support.microsoft.com.  There is also a Debug Browser Spyware 895-system 32.exe on the screen."
