Guide to Remove eDealsPop - Stop eDealsPop Pop-ups

Complains about eDealsPop:

I need help in the removal of "eDealsPop" it comes up when I am browsing the internet constantly advertising products and redirecting me to other websites. I mistakenly downloaded it when downloading a program. I removed eDeals from program files but that seems to have had to affect. I am pretty sure it has something to do with my proxy settings. As whenever I try to change my LAN settings on Google Chrome and untick "Use a proxy server for your LAN" and apply it reverts back to being ticked.
