How to remove dpx.js i.simpli.fi –Stop dpx.js Popping up

Case one: Every now and then on some sites a little download notification pops up bellow saying I need to download the file "dpx.js" from the domain "i.simpli.fi". What is this and what do I do to get rid of them and finally stop this. Any info would be great. Thanks.

Case two: Help - Website Message This Morning
Is anyone else getting a message
Do you want to open or save dpx.js from i.simpli.fi
I keep cancelling it, but I don't know where it's from and it keeps coming back - only showing on AB, btw.

Case three: Only when I'm on this website, I'm getting the following message:
"Do you want to open or save save dpx.js from i.simpli.fi ?"
It's only started today and it's only happening on here. I press cancel, but when I navigate to another page (whilst staying on this website), the message pops up again.
What gives ..... anyone else getting this ???
I'm wondering if it's a virus/malware/spyware .... whatever ..... then why is it only happening on this website ????
