Complaints about starthelp.exe:
I have recently been noticing a pop-up on booting my computer that asks if I'd like to install "starthelp.exe". I never clicked "install", and have restored my computer to about a month ago, in hopes it would make it go away. Outside of restoring to factory settings, I was wondering if anyone else knows anything about this and the best way to remove it. Anyone out there think they have an answer? Thanks.
I have Google Chrome, IE8, and now Firefox installed. I can not connect all three and get starthelp.exe at start up. It asks to allow or not. I have read its a virus but how do I get rid of it. I have Norton Internet Security and have disabled all my add-ons. I am running Windows Vista. Thanks for any help,
