I want to remove Internet Helper 3.1 Toolbar from my PC, when I opened Control Panel and clicked to remove it, a page flashes, but doesn't open up. And I fail to uninstall Internet Helper 3.1 .Could anyone advise a procedure about how to remove Internet Helper 3.1 Toolbar?
