I need some help with a nasty and potentially dangerous computer virus that self-installed when I downloaded a freeware program. It called EasyLife. I have uninstalled it from my computer and it still appears in chrome, I've also tried the extensions tab and it isn't there but still appears when I type in the search bar. Please help. I am really getting annoying by it.
Description of EasyLife App Virus
The Easylife App virus, referred to as EasyLife App Popup, and the Search.easylifeapp.com redirection virus. In the contrast with its name, Easylife App is not dedicated in making people enjoy themselves online, but makes the web-life more complicated and contaminates with ads that most users hate. When Easylife gets into the PC, it starts its browser hijacker behaviors. It will switch your default homepage into search.easylifeapp.com and alter the default search engines without users’ permission.
